Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it immediately enters processing and cannot be canceled.
If you wish to return your order after receiving it, please contact our customer support team to initiate the return process. Once your return is approved and received, we will issue a refund in accordance with our return policy.
Priority + Insured Shipping
If you selected Priority + Insured Shipping at checkout, you are eligible for either a replacement shipment or a refund in the event your package is lost in transit.
For customers who selected Free Shipping or Priority Processing, we will reship your order if it is confirmed lost during transit.
Lost or Missing Packages
Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.
Avlane is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an error occurs on our end, we will take full responsibility and reship your original order at no additional cost.
Customs and Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in your country.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any applicable customs charges. Avlane is not liable for these additional fees or delays caused by customs processing.
